Things stuck in my head as I can't sleep.
So I'm lying here unable to sleep and for some reason all I can think about is the fact that Spiro Agnew is the only Maryland politician to be Vice President. Somehow the man managed to be more corrupt than Nixon, his president and one of the most corrupt Presidents in America History. Maryland is a great state and we need to make our mark on the world. Spiro Agnew is more of a scar. A deep, purplish scar that should be hidden under 3 or 4 layers of clothes.

hey eleanor, i just came across this blog for the first time.
interesting thing i just learned recently reading this great book "Nixonland": agnew ran to the left of the segregationist democrat in the 1966 gubernatorial race.
can't really fault maryland for voting for the less shitty dude that time around. agnew was still a shithead though.
